DECEMBER

It is always a tough time in December. There is alot in the air and at the same time there is nothing. Places are busy and so are people. I went to Dublin for Thanksgiving vacation. It was my first time in Ireland in like 10to 15 years. I rented an apartment from craigslist. it was not far out of town. It was Irelands first cold spell .Everywhere I went people talked about the cold but it just seemed normal to me. It felt really good to be in a metropolis. I must point out though that there is a different in a metropolis when the main form of public transportation is a bus or a subway . Dublin runs on busses. I am used to subways. When you got a bus network there are always alot of random people hanging out at different locations on the street. When you got a subway the people are hidden underground. It is easier to read a subway map then a bus map at least in my own opinion. I would like to go back soon it is a nice place with 3 major things that Germany does not have. CUSTOMER SERVICE, Variety, and POLITENESS.
