December 25-26

I have had the last few days off from work and would like to say that i have been a productive member of society and painted and programmed but instead I did a whole lot of nothing. Although I must say I did take on snowboarding again. When I was in my youf I used to go snow boarding. I think it was my senior year of high school and I asked for a snow board for Xmas and i got one. By the end of that season i was decent. Granted it was a burton 155 with a pointy front and a square back and we used to wear work boots instead of snow board boots. I been taking day trips down to hausberg which is a small trail near the German alps. So I snow boarded and slept and just chilled. As we speak I am in Athens Greece. If you find yourself away from family and living in a foreign country around Xmas time there really is nothing else to do but to travel. I mean I could sit around at home and feel sorry for myself or save money but I gots to spend some of the hard earned cash that i get or else what good is it. I got to greece on Xmas day around noon. The transition to the city from the airport was smooth and although it is winter here for them it felt like a nice spring day to me coming from Germany. We found our hotel and we walked around watching the locals go for their afternoon strolls after their Xmas meals in the shopping area and bought some stuff from vendors. We found a decent place to eat and walked around the bottom of the acropolis and went to our crib to chill I put my head down and was instantly asleep all the days traveling caught up with me.
